Default Button Draws Too Early

  • Subject: Default Button Draws Too Early

I've got a default button that keeps drawing to the screen *before* the rest of its view draws "around it". It happens anytime I switch tabs in an NSTabView. The button appears on top of the old view, then the new view draws around it a fraction of a second later.

I'm not messaging display or setNeedsDisplay:. The button (I placed in IB) just likes to draw itself too soon. Looks funny. Anyone ever run across this?
