I reported it to Apple in May last year. It is filed as bug #2919877. It's still not closed, or marked as a duplicate. I also provided them with a sample project that illustrates how to reproduce the bug.

I'm somewhat disappointed that they haven't fixed it yet - it has to be something fairly simple, and is easy to reproduce. Please file a bug report so that they notice that it affects more developers.
