Project Builder won't launch

I'm getting the error "dyld: /Developer/Applications/Project
Builder.app/Contents/MacOS/Project Builder can't open library:
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AppSupport.framework/Versions/B/AppSupport
(No such file or directory, errno = 2)" at launch (in the console.log file)
What's happening?
