[ANN] PostgreSQL Cocoa Classes Updated

I have updated my Cocoa classes for accessing and updating PostgreSQL
databases. I've added better dealing of null values in resultsets,
exception-handling, a method for executing updates separate from
executing queries, and some detailed documentation and code samples in
the "Read Me".
I've also clarified and simplified the license. It's now available
under a "do whatever the heck you want with it" license, although I'd
appreciate it if you don't try and pass off what I've done as your
work. =)
