I had a couple of problem, which i resolved by moving JavascriptCore.framework to ~/Library/Frameworks

And by adding the absolute search path of the location of the JavascriptCore.framework (something like /Users/yourusername/Library/Frameworks under the target settings for the WebCore

Also under Groups & Files in Frameworks remove the red labeled JavascriptCore.framework and add the new one.

Clean, Dry and Build, that should let WebCore compile.
