Best way to do file explorer.

Hi there,
I want to do a little menu extra,where people can browser their hard
disk. I was trying to find a fast/good/easy way to do this, but still
no luck. Does anybody has expirience with this? Basicaly what i need to
do is to add files and folder to NSMenu.
