What about the side-by-side back/forward buttons? A bad idea, IMO (I have
to think a bit to make sure I'm hitting the correct side of what appears to
be a single target), but I don't think it's possible in NSToolbar. Ditto
the custom appearance for the mouse-down state, AFAIK.
