positioning items in a drawer

Hi,
I created a window with a drawer. In IB I made a content view for the
drawer, and added some items starting from the top of the view. However, if
the drawer opens in the app, the items are all moved down, centered in the
drawer. How do I keep the items where I positioned them in IB?
