Sorry, I forgot to say that it seems to happen randomly at application launch.

Are you loading a nib file that uses Keyed Archiving? There is a bug in IB and 10.2.3. If so, try re-saving your nib(s) using "Pre-10.2 Compatibility in IB", by making it the default setting in IB prefs. Worked for me.
