Many of Apple's iApps are developed in Cocoa. There's Safari and Chimera (the Cocoa version of Mozilla)... and all of Omni's apps are Cocoa-based. And most of the UI for Mac OS X (with the notable exception of the Finder) is built with Cocoa as well.

Can somebody please give me some examples of relatively high-profile applications that have been developed using Cocoa? I'm presenting a paper on Objective-C and Cocoa to what will likely be a highly-skeptical audience, and this would at least keep the throng from rushing the dais.
