Can somebody please give me some examples of relatively high-profile
applications that have been developed using Cocoa? I'm presenting a
paper on Objective-C and Cocoa to what will likely be a
highly-skeptical audience, and this would at least keep the throng
from rushing the dais.
Filemaker Server is a good example of a prominent, non-Apple Cocoa
application.

The suggestions have all been pretty high-profile. Not to mention Stone
Design's entire suite of applications:

But, forgiving that they're not "high-profile", you might point out
the over 1650 applications built with Cocoa at HyperJeff:

And I'm just extrapolating here - but Pixar's looking for a Tools
Developer with Cocoa/NeXTSTEP and C/C++/Objective-C experience. Does
anyone know for sure?
There's a MacObserver article that would seem to confirm this at
