NSOutlineView search engine

  • Subject: NSOutlineView search engine

Hi all,

Imagine a NSOutilneView displaying information like Newsgroups hierarchy.

alt
+ alt.a
+ alt.a.a
+ alt.a+b
+ alt.b
+ alt+c

etc...

Imagine now a search field connected to a delegate textDidChange. How did I
display only the information matching the search field ? Looking in my
NSOutlineView and redisplay the view with the matching information ?

In fact exactly like in iTunes, but with a NSOutlineView insteead of a
NSTableView.

If any body has a idea, it will be welcome.

Thanks in advance,

Jacques
