I picked it up at Borders in Austin, TX, right around the first of the
month.
There were about 4 copies on the shelf at the time.

I have recently seen the book at Barnes & Noble in Cleveland OH and
Champaign IL. What about other areas ?
Did anyone see an "end cap" promotion for the book in the Bay Area
during
Mac World ?
If the supply or distribution of the book is dwindling, it may be
resolved
