Seth Johnson mailed me off-list a nice workaround that maintains a
queue of alert messages, a handle to the window, and shows the sheets
one at a time.
Just my $.02, but I *hate* waiting for sheets to unfurl, and any
program that
subjected me to a *series* of sheets would have to be *really* important
to prevent me from trashing it.
There's gotta be a less user-hostile way of doing it.
