Continue Debugging

I must be missing something.

In the Dec 2002 dev tools, I see no menu item for Continue Debugging. There
are menu items for step out, into, and over, and there are keyboard
equivalents for all of them, but nothing for continue. You have to click on
the button in the toolbar (which, by the way, I regularly confuse with the
"relaunch in debugger" button) or type the word "continue" at the gdb
prompt. I checked the key bindings, thinking I could just assign my own key
combo, but could not find an item for continue.

In the old dev tools, cmd-opt c (I think) would do the trick. What should
one do in the current dev tools?

Jonathan
