I believe it's possible to copy anything inside the app's bundle. However, I would be very careful about fonts, because they are subjects of copyrights and you can have serious problems with it. For example, if you have HELVETICA NEUE installed on your computer, and you know that every OSX comes with this font, it doesn't mean you can pack it in your application.
