If you keep away from using private framework APIs
in your apps, then they should run fine in Panther (10.3).
Once Panther is out you'll have to make sure any new features you add to your
programs, are available in Jaguar unless you plan to totally ditch
Jaguar users,
at that time.

Just to confirm...
Will installing the Dec2002gccUpdater.pkg (gcc 3.3) allow me to
generate G5 optimized code using Jaguar and a G4 machine? How
important is this? Are there any disadvantages to installing the
Dec2002gccUpdater.pkg?
