I'm poking at Panther and see a new library I'd like to experiment with in /usr/lib. However, there is no /usr/include for the headers. What gives? Did I botch the install? Is anyone else missing /usr/include?

I did a clean install of Panther and I definitely have a /usr/include. Perhaps you should try either a clean install or make sure you have the dev tools and BSD subsystem installed?
