Here are your two projects modified to work the way you want. I
changed only the nibs in each case. No code is needed.
ScrollViewTest1a changes only the resize springs on the views within
the scroll view.
ScrollViewTest2a uses your unnecessary flipped view but includes an
additional nested view to preserve IB's layout. The resize springs are
adjusted to give the behavior you want.
[demime 0.98b removed an attachment of type application/x-gzip which had a name of fixes.tgz]
