Print Operation Name

Simple question. Does anyone know from where Print Center gets the name information for a job that's being processed?

I've got a simple application with a custom view I use for drawing my printed pages. Everything works great, but I've noticed that the print jobs always have a name of "Untitled" in print center. I'd like to be able to set the name to something meaningful, but didn't find where to do this (i.e., I was thinking that NSPrintOperation would have some sort of "setName" selector)...

Thanks!,
- Eric
