No, ZeroLink can't be under NDA any more because it was discussed in Steve Jobs' WWDC keynote speech, which is available to everyone as a Quicktime stream at

Don't confuse the announcement of the existence of a feature as discharging said feature from NDA, it does not. You can say it exists and what it does within the confines of what Steve and Apple's website says. Outside of that you really are not allowed, legally, to discuss it.
