They're in the file iTunes.app/Contents/Resources/iTunes.rsrc. You'll have to
use ResEdit or Resorcerer to open this file (after having put the data fork of
the file into the resource fork of a new one). What you're looking for are
'PICT' resources IDs 441 through 444.
