Power Builder doesn't launch

Hello,
After updating OS X 10.1.3 to OS X 10.2.6 and after the installation
of the december dev tools package, i'm not able to launch Power Builder.
There is no apparent crash. It just doesn't launch.
I tried to re-install the package after deleting the Developer folder.
Same problem.
I tried to launch power builder from another account. Same pb.
In console log i have this message :
dyld: /Developer/Applications/Project Builder.app/Content/MacOS/Project
Builder can't open library:
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AppSupport.framework/Versions/B/
AppSupport (No such file or directory, errno = 2)
Any idea ??
