Preview won't use it when opening files, the Finder won't use it when displaying the file preview, and the quicktime reader doesn't use it, and NSImage doesn't utilize filter services when reading files. I got the things below:
now MacOSX is changed from what I knew well, NEXTSTEP/OPENSTEP.
System wide application collaboration architecture itself does not seem to be defined clearly.
(DO or Service lays on just only a narrow domain Cocoa)

I still believe Service is very useful, though.
