After writing my first application, I attempted to e-mail it to my

Then, I noticed that Mac OS X doesn't seem to allow *any* attachments that
are applications or packages to be selected. Is there something I can do?

You can't attach a folder (which is what a package/bundle really is) to an e-mail. You need to make it a single file. You can use tar, stuffit, DiskCopy, etc.
