NSImageView, 32 bits TIFF and thousands of colors

Is it my eyes or there's a big bug in the way NSImageView or NSImage are drawing 32 bits images when the display is running in Thousands of colors?

I have some 32 bits TIFF which are rendered with an offset of 1 vertically and 1 horizontally compared to what I'm getting in Millions of colors.

With NSImageView, it seems the bug is happening in the ToFit mode.

With NSImage, I still don't have any clue.
