AppKiDo 0.891 is available:

This version is almost the same as 0.89, except it works under the
Panther pre-release. There are also a couple of differences in how
the documentation is displayed; you can see details in the release
notes.
Many thanks to Dominik Wagner for pointing out the nib file fix.

P.S. Apropos of nothing: if anyone with Panther is having trouble
with -initWithHTML:documentAttributes:, let me know. I may be able
to help, depending on what your problem is.
