At one of the WWDC talks (the OS X server in depth actually), it was

I have been all over the cocoa docs, and the ADC contact page and have
not found any developer relations contact information. I don't consider
this a technical support query.
Does anyone here have any advice on contacting apple's developer
relations
for cocoa related information?
Looking over the various contact points on the
http://developer.apple.com/contact/ page, I'd call this either a
Seeding or a documentation issue, depending on the shipping status of
the framework.
But the best contact point would be the ADC, DTS, or product marketing
contact whose email was given at the end of the particular talk.
