I am able to submit bugs via Safari 1.0. I just went back today and verified
that a bug I filed yesterday via Safari is there in the list.

I did recently report that Safari often crashes shortly AFTER I submit a
bug. I got a very prompt reply (several days later) indicating that this is
a known bug and they're working on it.
