I have developed a very simple framework (NBChart) with an IB palette and I think it is very simple to use.You can download and use it freely from www.nachob.tk. It's not very polished and could have some bugs. If you need something that is not implemented or something is not working ok you can ask fot it and I will try to write code to support that.
