Buy Cocoa Programming, Anguish, Buck, and Yacktman. Read it if you want but it's a great reference.
Buy one other book with examples in it. There are 2 or 3 good ones.
Bookmark mamasam (http://cocoa.mamasam.com/), everything has already been asked at least once.
Download AppKiDo and keep it in the Dock.
Think up a medium sized project that you're actually interested in working on, and go to it.

In two weeks you'll be flying.
