Application icons

Greetings:

I am attempting to have an application icon actually appear when the app is running. I have created the icon in IconComposer, and it has been added to my application. PB sees it. I added it to my InfoPlist Entries -> Simple View -> Document Types -> Icon File in the Targets Tab.

The app still uses the default application icon (not mine).

What else am I supposed to be doing? Every book I have indicates that this is it.
