Guys, whatever floats your boat, okay? Is this really the best
forum? I only wish Cocoa was so easy and transparent that we really had nothing
better to do on this list than argue about whether '==' or 'is' is
easier on the eyes.

(as the person who started this thread) It's really interesting to see what this discussion has evolved into. Granted, the current topic is pretty far related from the original one, but this is a _forum_, more or less, and it's meant to share ideas. i know that ive seen some pretty good ideas so far, and of course some other ones that i shouldn't say the name of on a public list *cough*#define == is*cough*. But it definitely is quite ~broadening~ to see such a varied list of conventions.
Personally, i dont like all those macros shown on here. they remind me too much of my old QBasic class (*shudder*), and, since im all about "Extreme Programming" (or whatever it's called) so i prefer to leave my C as close to the original as is possible. but, like someone else mentioned, that's just my 2"...
