How about the sounds in iMovie? or import something from a CD into
iTunes and then to iMovie
I have used iMovie to edit sounds - you can import them into a movie
with a blank clip or title clip, combine, fade, or shorten them and
then save the movie as sound only by exporting to quicktime, choosing
expert settings and then clicking on options to select sound to AIFF
unless your copy of iMovie bombs all of the time like my current one
does:-(
I'm sure one of the audio experts out there has a better way...
