disable ability to drag window

Does anyone know if it is possible to make a window non-dragable. What
I mean by this is, I would like the user to not have the ability to
click someone in or on the window and drag it around. I want my window
to stay in one position. I know I can make it snap back after being
dragged, but I would like to disable the drag feature all together..
Any suggestions? Thanks,
