StarupItems problem ...

I have a problem (again) with StartupService.

I'm not completely sure of me, because I have to do many test and it takes a while to reboot.

Here is my problem, not yet very clear.
when I reboot it seems my startup items start, as expected. that is good.
however I have the feeling that it shut down when I log out/log in.
(I mean I'm not yet sure of that, because of: see above)

any idea, tip, similar experience ?
