As a new switcher from VB to Cocoa I want to throw in my $0.02.

As far as documentation goes, I have more and better documentation for Cocoa
than VB through Cocoa mamasam and email@hidden - complete with
examples and multiple opinions; plus it is dynamic: I can ask a specific
question and get specific answers! Not to mention all the freely distributed
application examples I can look at.

>The good news is that the Mac development platforms are free, the bad news
is that they are over 300MB as a download. Or you can try to find them
locally, a formidable task, at a cost of about 300 baht for the CD.

Live mid-market rates as of 2003.06.11 16:14:48 GMT.

300.00 THB = 7.18893 USD

Thailand Baht United States Dollars

1 THB = 0.0239631 USD 1 USD = 41.7308 THB

Last time I checked, MS VB Professional was about $600 US and no free
download.
