Can anyone point to a web site with the C programming language standard.

Apple's site says that objective c is based on K&R 2. Is 3 the language of
Project Builder? Anyone know about CodeWarrior?

Project Builder and CodeWarrior both support ANSI/ISO C
(from 1989 and most of 1999 version) and ANSI/ISO C++
(at least most of the 1998 version).
