Rather than read the marketing targeted page read the ADC page <http://developer.apple.com/tools/xcode/>

That page says the Xcode Developer Preview was distributed to WWDC attendees, and will be sent to Select and Premier ADC members, but what about the rest of us? Does anyone know if it be made available for download?
