Build failed since Dec Dev Tools gcc update ?

Hi list.

I just spent an hour to figure out why my project does not compile anymore since I updated Dev Tools.
It seems that gcc does not allow variable declaration in top of function. Does somebody, like me, remember this as an ObjectiveC feature announced by Apple ?

Thanks for your comments !
