NSScrollers, when it's near a window edge), but also I could not fix

display glitch, despite trying everything I could think of.
I'd be really interested to know if anyone can provide a workaround
and/or explanation for the problem.
Since nobody has responded with a workaround, I filed this issue as
RADAR #3305435.
Hopefully Apple will tell me what is going on.
