Does anyone have any suggestions about what it the preferred way to do
this?
BTW - I checked the 'Developer/Examples/Appkit' projects, Scott
Anguish's 'Cocoa Programming', O'Reilly's 'Learning Cocoa',
Hillegasse's 'Cocoa Programming For MacOSX' and the NSOpenPanel and
NSSavePanel headers before posing this seemingly frivolous question.
You have to have the Browser view in the Save Panel expanded
to see the 'New Folder' button. But I do not see a means to
actually tell the panel to expand itself.
