Can I require 10.2?

Howdy,

How prevalent is OSX 10.2? I am considering adding some some AddressBook support to one of my apps and am wondering if I should require 10.2 or later. I had hoped I'd be able to weak link the framework and only call it if available, but apparently weak linking requires 10.2 as well. The fallback is a separate bundle and that's actually sort of appropriate for what I'm doing (address export "plug-ins"). But if the vast majority of Mac users have already upgraded to 10.2 then I can be lazy... :-) FWIW, I can keep the current version around for a while for those running earlier versions. (I already do this for the Classic version.)
