Audio CD Naming

Hi,
When iTunes gets an Audio CDs' title and track names from freedb or cddb, It then renames the cd and tracks. This information must be stored somewhere in the system as once inserted again, it does not need to query the online database. Does anyone know if it is possible to access this data, or add to it?
