Formatting Carbon Menus

  • Subject: Formatting Carbon Menus

Hello. I've been working on my project Meteorologist for some time, and although I think it's working very well right now, there is one glaring problem: data displayed in menus is unformatted. It's not that I've been too lazy to do it... I just haven't been able to find anyone who could help me figure out how to do it!

Here's an example of what I'm talking about:

Today Forecast: Calm Hi: 30 Wind: 30 mph
Monday Forecast:Windy Lo:26 Wind: 0 mph

instead of this:

Today Forecast: Calm Hi: 30 Wind: 30 mph
Monday Forecast:Windy Lo:26 Wind: 0 mph

I think this can be done with Carbon menus, but I've been unable to see how this can be accomplished after reading over the Carbon Menu Manager docs. I know it has to be possible, as other apps (notably WeatherPop, another excellent weather program) do essentially what I describe.

Thanks,
Matt Fahrenbacher
