I don't know. I haven't tried it.

I just checked the NSSecureTextField was also displaying the Contextual menu (which is completely useless). By doing this I discovered a bug in Cocoa: the spelling window is a floating one but is drawn below the Modal dialog and can't be used with Modal dialogs since you can't click in it.
