Text in Boxes Design Help Sought

G'Day,

I am wondering if anybody can give me any design help/hints/guidance etc for my problem:

I want to draw several boxes on the screen with text in them in a similar way to boxes in flow charts.

Q: Should I create my own object, or should I subclass NSCell?

Q: If there is too much text to fit in a box, the normal procedure is to truncate and add an ellipsis. Are there any methods for that in Cocoa?

Thanks in advance,

Karl
