Hello,

I just install the latest developer tool (december 2002) and started to compile one of the cocoa project with altivec code. However Project builder spits error messages something like,

MainController.h:2: warning: could not use precompiled header '/System/Library/Frameworks/Cocoa.framework/Headers/Cocoa-gcc3.p', because:
MainController.h:2: warning: #ifdef '__VEC__' not defined when precompiled, but now defined:
MainController.h:2: warning: on the command line

I have set the -faltivec setting at the gcc options. I remember the last time there were steps to recompiled the header files for altivec which I retrieved from a mailing list. Developer Tools July edition have the same problem. I look everywhere but I just can not find the instructions.

Can anyone provide me the steps recompiled the header files for altivec ?

Thanks in advance.

Peter.
