[OT] Swing GUI Builder on OS X

I know this is slightly OT, but I need to build a swing application to make some functionality available to people not on OSX (web application is not an option in this case). Does anyone know of any free or relatively inexpensive (<$100) tools available for OS X to do rapid swing gui creation? I don't have much patience for manually designing swing apps and want to spend as little time as possible on this task. While I'd prefer something that creates a serialized object (a la IB), but one that generates code would be acceptable since this is a one-shot project.

Thanks.
Jeff
