Cocoa et UML

  • Subject: Cocoa et UML

Which are the UML tools available on Mac OS X ? Which one is the most pleasant ?
Currently I use ArgoUML, perhaps there is something better

Is there some application which can read a Cocoa project (parsing the Objective-C files) and then produce an UML class diagram ?

Is there an accepted way to represent categories in an UML class diagram ? If there isn't, what is the best solution to represent them ?
